Trinitas Cellars – 2007 Napa Valley White Meritage – Psalms
20% off plus shipping fees. $16 on Indie Winemakers only.

Accolades
87 Points “Tangy lemon-lime, spicy pear and quince notes are light and refreshing, with a mouthwatering juiciness. Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Drink now.” – Wine Spectator

About this wine
The 2007 Psalms is our first White Meritage offered on Indie Winemakers. The blend consists of 58% Sémillon and 42% Sauvignon Blanc; 52% of the blend was barrel fermented in new Trust Hungarian oak. This extremely tight grained oak adds a spicy high note that lifts the green apple aromatics from the Sémillon and the tropical fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc. This is an age worthy white that has a rich round mid-palate and crisp finish.

Food and wine
Pair with Papaya, Mango and Avacado Salad. See our Recipe Tab for preparation instructions.

Trinitas Cellars – 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Only 240 cases produced!

20% off plus shipping fees. $40 on Indie Winemakers only.

About this wine

The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is from the lower elevations of Howell Mountain and about 10% is from our Oakville vineyard. The soil is extremely rich which translates into the fruit-forward wines. The complex nose starts with light notes of toast and vanilla. As the wine opens, the aromatics evolve into dried cherries, cedar and a hint of green olive. The palate has an amazingly floral entry which explodes into black fruit on the mid-palate. The finish is elegant and lengthy.  This Napa Valley Cabernet spent 27 months in 60% New French Oak.

Food and wine

Pair with Osso Bucco. See our Recipe Tab for preparation instructions.
